I thought moneysupply is positive-relative with difficulty or net hashrate according to the OP -- Difficulty based block reward according to: ceil(8 * dDiff / (525600 + nHeight) * 525600).
It's just a rough estimation. The default average diff is set to 20, you can change it below the chart.
