We would provide clear details of how a class action works, what we can do to protect any assets held by Alpha, what will happen if it transpires that Alpha are guilty of fraud and also the estimated costs.
The main benefit of any class action is that the costs are divided equally between clients therefore making litigation viable for almost any client.
