try fair distribution like Groupcoin or Signaturecoin, 3000 blocks with large block reward means for farms mining then dump. I bet this coin will last only for a couple of days after exchange.

Rather then paying miners for burning electricity and damaging the environment I'd rather pay the dev who is interested in creating a good coin. Miners only interested in covering their electricity bills and don't give a damn about coins they mine
