IMO it seems that PoSA and OneMarket will be groundbreaking, but only few people know about this for sure ATM. So, the most smart move of the whales is to dump now the price, before some news get official, so they can buy even more and more cheap cloaks. Of course a lot of people will get scared and sell, so do you get the point?
