I really like this way of mining! It's still a lot lot better than for example most of the coins in dedicated pool ...
But the Dev team should have in mind that they cannot rely only on this. If they are not serious about the development - tomorrow a new coin with this mining solution + proper development will come and they will just watch the show from aside...

next coin with hashrate limit just around the corner (in 3 days).
The two pools really do a great job.
If there is someone over the hash limit they find him. Perhaps he can mine some minutes but then he is banned.
Same with double account.
