Let's see. For example, BOB hates ALICE. And ALICE is selling some shit with cloaknet from the picture.
So BOB decides to trick ALICE. He offers some shit using scheme, and ALICE delivers. BOB sent to risk-amount two prices, and ALICE sent to risk-amount one price. Now BOB has got his shit, and he refuses to pay in cloaks. So he lost 2x price, and alice lost 1x price + shit, so alice lost 2 prices too. But BOB now has his shit, so it's like he payed twice price for his shit and got his shit. And ALICE got no shit and lost money too.
As you see, BOB has losses of 1xprice value, and ALICE has losses of 2xprice value + delivery costs.

seller should risk more to even it out between the buyer and seller. So the seller has just as much too loose if he scams the buyer.
Or a reputation system is put in place and the amount of cloaks are limited for new sellers so for example a new seller with 0 rep can only do 20-100 cloak deals after a certain number of successful deals lets say 50 his rep is higher and limits go up so he can now deal with 250-500 cloak deals and so forth. If he messes up a deal or scams his rep drops and his limits decrease or he gets a 24-48 break from selling.
Sorry, can you give me one good example of how someone can scam someone else using onemarket, taking into consideration that nobody likes to deliberately lose money?
