so not a single X3 has shipped out yet? And BA promised by end July 2014.

One direct order from BA, for an X3. Order number #10x late September 2013 IIRC, delivered 5 August 2014.
A ways to go yet, it would seem...
Whut?? I have order #1x and still have not received any X3.. so seems unlikely, I paid really early and still waiting no replies at all
...I thought as much, the received X3s are only by certain people, they don't seem to be sticking to the order sequence. They're obviously not shipping out in any great numbers or the forums would be full of people saying they've got their devices! Don't you think? It's all just very suspicious and I am beginning to think that I should not hold off in pursuing legal avenues to recovery any longer.
Of course, MS claims to have been sent a number of X3s although they don't appear to have received them yet...? But in any case, it makes no difference to those of us who ordered direct from Black Arrow last year!
