The bounties listed on the thread are already about 15k-16k, and the remainder can be spent somewhere else like donations and things like that.
Honest I don't see many honest people this days. The true is if you wanna roll something good something successful you don't need premine you don't need IPO ICO or whatever you just need BRAIN, free time and hard work.
