Anyone still having PoS problem? I think maybe I find the reason for it.

If you send your coins by one time to your wallet, and your wallet have only one receiving transaction, it will make the Proof of Stake very very slow, I am not sure why it is so slow, and I need to look into it.

From my experience, instead of sending all coins through one transaction, you may split it into multiple, say, 10 transactions, and it will increase your probability of minting.
