I have contacted BTC38 stuff today,They say they have listed STR(Stellar) on 5th Aug,so there won't be any coin get listed the next 1-2 weeks,if VOOT continues be the 1st on their vote page,it should be listed betweeen 12nd-26th Aug.

This support said STR was voting no.1, so he/she doesn't know anything, str was not listed on the voting list, it is ninja add to btc38. Everyone knows voot is NO.1 for almost 3 weeks.
