Deliver PoSA then talk about other announcements. At this point, CIARA is only an empty announcement along with a bunch of other ann's as of late.
PoSA is the game-changer. Whatever CIARA is, that can wait. Focus on delivering PoSA as it's been over a month now.
Sad to see the CLOAK dev team has turned into a hype machine throwing out empty ann after ann. Cut the shit and deliver PoSA and maybe people will stop dumping.
Cloak dev team is obviously smart so I dont know why they havent realized this yet. All these pointless ann's aren't healthy and as you can see is obviously hurting the value.
Forget the other shit. Focus on PoSA for the time being.

The 6 devs work on different projects, I think 2 are focused on PoSa, the most complicated task(think that the different projects need different knowledge so maybe thats why not all of them are working on PoSa). Also It's very important official release to be bug free.
