I have reviewed the questions below and will answer the ones I can at the best of my ability.

2 ) The fee has not yet been decided but it will remain competitive to other altcoin exchanges, perhaps cheaper. The fees earned from the exchange will be used for future development after VootMarket and VootCloud has been sucessfully implemented. Depending on what the community wants in the future, any funds will be saved and paid to the devs for future work.

5 ) Being on Tor provides one level of anonymity. Yes, it requires an e-mail and name for registration, however, we do not require any verification to show your identity. You can easily sign up with a throwaway e-mail and a fake name, this would not be against the rules.

6) I have forwarded this question to the devs. To my understanding though, the anon exchange provides a baseline for the devs to continue working on in the future.

10 ) The Voot exchange provides a baseline for the devs to implement more features in the future. For now it will just be like any other exchange on Tor but more advancements will be made progressively. Nobody but speculators claimed that the exchange will raise the price of the coin. Personally I think it will go up also but it is like that for most cryptos. As long as there is positive news and developments more value is being added to the coin. I think the VootMarket will be the biggest hit that will truly make Voot skyrocket, so I am looking forward to that.
