Vootcoin anonymous exchange could be the next big thing because the anonymous exchange will allow users to trade without compromising their identities.
My plan is to make Vootcoin exchange one of the top alt-coins exchange with 100-500 BTC trading volume. I'm looking for partners, shareholders and traders to join forces in creating an exchange where 100% profit goes into Vootcoin price stability fund.

after going over the following posts of MsCollec it seems very clear to me that he still is the head of voot dev and the pr team is the mouth-piece for MsCollec and SMOKEPROJECT(smoketeam).
so, why aren't you guys, whale123 and jeffersonairplane, not wanting to discuss these very important matters with the vootcoin dev first before going to the smoketeam for answers?
smoketeam has been paid for the exchange. so, ask MsCollec what was the deal he made for the exchange.
