Are you serious?  Have you ever dealt with Maidak before?  He is one of the most upstanding members on the entire bitcointalk community.  Of course you will get your coins!  Maidak is not affiliated with the coin in any way.  He is the main escrow service people use as he has a strong reputation of being trustworthy.  Since it is not his coin, he is not available 24/7 to cater to everyones needs.  He stated that he will send the coins at 5PM EST, so that is when you will receive them.
