I think this is good. Strong volume on one exchange is better than splitting it across multipe exchanges, at least to start with.
Well, low volume and only one exchange, this calls for trouble. Can you expect a big increase in demand on Bter after network launch? I don't think so. People who use bter have already made their purchases. And many potential dumpers are still waiting for the launch with high expectations.
Interesting differences of opinion. I think both views are correct (however paradoxical that may appear). This is because the only real distinguishing feature (between these viewpoints) is in fact the elapsed time from the point of open market launch (00.00 UTC on 10 August 2014).
Long term, this is a great investment. But short term, there must be more sellers than buyers (because we are the only people who own shares to sell and we may be reluctant to buy more coins at what is already a higher price).
I fully intend to grab some more coins if the price plummets to IPO levels. But I do not think it will. The price just seems to keep rising.
In summary, Buyers and Sellers alike should get what they want. Sellers with OCD will make a quick profit. Long term buyers with a little more patience should make money in the medium to long term. Its all about elapsed time from launch and the vagaries of human psychology.
