please provide a short guide how to do the tech part or you will scare most designers
where do we find the css file?
how do we test the css on the wallet?
will the css look the same on all OS or do we have to do different csss?
is it pure css or are there images/other files as well?

or if you look at it from an other point of view - who do we want to attract by adding their language?
chinese, korean, japanese, russian, hindi, arabic, persian, spanish, portugese, french and german comes to my mind.
by adding these languages to the front page (once again a good reason to keep the front page stripped - less to translate) and using the right words (anonymous payment system, anonymous online transactions, anonymous digital cash?) for the search engines (and adding anoncoin.net to foreign search engines like baidu.com and  yandex.com) we should hopefully see them coming and adding to the wiki in their native tongue
