I order with MS Dez. 2013. #120xA and received it last week in Switzerland.
Up and running since then.
Well thats F'ing irritating! i paid on December 2nd 2013, i was #400 in the old system, then i "never got converted" in the new system, ended up with order #2434A. I knew that my delay was just going to be even longer when my order failed to merge in to the new system.
I even contacted their support about this and they assured me that things were shipping in the order they were paid... Bull Sh!t MS!
As long as you did get moved over and have that A on your order you should be fine,BUT did you contact them and ask for the LCD? if you did your order was propably held back until they arrived with LCD. I asked a couple weeks ago for the LCD to be "included if available",reply was simply "noted". then I seen Atomars post,when I asked MS what was going on the said "you asked for your order to be held",when I corrected them on that i was told on july/31 "We have amended your request, your unit will be the next unit to ship out." yesterday "I am not sure why Thomas told you that you are the next to go out, as there are still a couple orders ahead of you by paid date" I asked when the next shipment should be and showed him Atomars post,no responce,yet
