If a customer is treated "professionally" as you've just showed us, then i advise everyone to stay away from your exchange, Scam or no scam, i'll never do any business with you, neither will people i work with.

This is weird indeed. Never, never to business with an service that doesn't threat its customer the right way. They don't even have to be that professional, but personal attacks and all of that is just wrong.
