I wouldn't say Atomic is crap, I actually like them and the people running it are probably the most competent in the industry.  Volume is low, that is the problem.

Also, I can only work on so many things at once.  If people want other exchanges to come online they need to tweet, email them or contact them in IRC.  I will send my rounds of emails to the exchanges again but feel free to reach out as well.
