Apparently with Windows 8 there is no more the distinction between OEM and Retail licenses: as long as you buy a license separately from a computer, it counts as "retail" and you can uninstall and reinstall it on any computer you like (1 at a time, of course). Is this true? Can you confirm this is a de-facto "retail-type" license?
