If you look at the Key Ann it looks suspiciously similar to Crypt.
There are many ways for Devs and Backers to keep interest in community apart from MFs wallet or commander video.
there could be giveaways or incentives for promotion of the coin a bit of hope never hurts. They could of tried to develop the community more but they havent or dont want too

I think they generally dont have the people skills to do it. You can be smart with trading or have Dev skills but does not mean you know how to deal with people, for starters lies dont help the community when they are coming from Devs.
