I'd say dev cut the mining phase out, it only attracts dumpers
I don't think its necessary.
If you do believe in dev and what CRYSTAL will deliver,it's a good chance to get some cheap coins when the diff is low.Just buy and hold.
And people gonna dump when they want.POW or POS makes no difference.
I'm not only talking about people im talking about multipools, even though miners will still dump on a dime, investors are more smart if they decide to sell (ex. not below ipo price)
