I already told you via e-mail, the BTC user you are reporting is anywhere in the logs of the stratum server.
Also you reported a screenshot of your miner software which showed job ids not used by magicpool that day.

I tried to do everything to help you. I asked you for your IP address to check if the TCP connection is alive or not, but you never did it.

Maybe someone is spoofing your connection, I have not idea what is going on, I just can say that in the pool side there is nothing from you.
