The guy who ran bitcoinproject pinged Just-Dice (and Doge-Dice) every minute, requesting the current number of bets, profit, bankroll, etc. and offered charts of all that stuff over time. You could zoom in on the time period you were interested in.

I must say charts (whether on-site or third party) are sorely missing from DB at the moment.

I imagine my personal profit chart would be interesting.
