Well both should be easily for The VOOT foundation We need some of the members that own a large stake of coins as there value alines with the coin, but not all of them need to be bag holders. Once we start seeing profits from the exchange then we could start to use it to help stability the fund. I see the Voot foundation as the protector of this coin and the stability fund is it's weapon.
