LOL  server fee is a question to maintain an exchange you need a solid server infrastucture to manage the traffic , you can't build that with a 50$/month server you will need a solid infrastucture IMO if mscolec can't pay  the server fee he should sell a % of the exchange to someone that can sponsor the server infrastucture .
