If you ask me, you guys should much more use Monero exchange market on Poloniex as you do now.
https://poloniex.com/exchange/xmr_bcnPrice of Bytecoin is so low, that valued in satoshi, it dont fully show. On Monero market you can set 300 times more precise deals.
Someone should put this link in OP and should become main exchange.
