They've already completed a large amount of the work and progress has been excellent. As I understand the main problem lies with continuing the work in silicone valley, because it's very hard to get taken seriously unless you're known to be having coke fueled orgies with Russian prostitutes, or drive a Venom GT or equivalent race car 
This is just retarded on so many levels.I think they should have closed their funding from VCs instead of offering currency in IPO style, people buying this are speculators who have 0 clue about a single line of code up on their github page, and thus the "value" of their work will be represented in the value of the currency, which is subject to spculation and massive drops/surges. Not to mention navigating "silicon valley" without investors for imigrant russians is not the easiest thing to do.
