I just received an update from SMOKE devs.
The exchange is now 100% complete and ready for launch.
However, we as the community need to make a few decisions next.
We need to know if we're willing to elect community members who can help manage it OR if we should let SMOKE team manage it and pay them a "consultancy fee" to do so.
We are also looking for investors who may want to invest funds into trading on the exchange.
So far, trading has not yet been enabled. I am asking if I can finally share the .onion address to the public. Will update again shortly.

what about the server, they handle it for the moment?
if they got projects why not but we should think about that after they release cloud imo
