You sent your e-mail about three weeks after he started accepting requests for refunds and considering his claim that the e-mail account was shut down, it's liable to take some time. I sent my PM the day he showed up on the forum and was the largest account holder to do so, at the time. At first, payments were being made pretty quickly (1 BTC every 2-3 days) but as more and more people started requesting refunds, it's slowed to a trickle. Especially since the markets are so stagnant. I went a month waiting for the last payment, which ended up being .25 Bitcoin. That was July 29th, almost two weeks ago. So it's gonna be real slow...but as long as I DO get paid back, I will live with it.
