NOTICE: It's NOT possible to do a "instant" hardfork like wanted from some of the community. It would end up in chaos
and i know what i am talking about. Therefor i set block NR. 65k as the hard-fork block. This will ensure everybody has
enough time to update the client. Espescially services like exchanges and 3rd party infrastructure (sync-nodes,  blockexplorer, etc.) need a timeframe to
get the daemons updated. ~10k blocks will be about 3.3 days from now.
