What does a guy have to do to even be acknowledged?  PM and Email sent 6/8.  You must have skipped my PM because your way past that date. 

2 New Pm's send after you said your Email was shut down (disregard first one).  This guy PM's you with a big account and somehow he's getting a refund already. 

I'm not even mad about being skipped over for the refund, I just would like to know you got my PM's, and agree with the amount.
