If it was about bloodbath they could not chose any coin right now, this has been a (price-wise) massacre (although on tiny volume) throughout all coins recently - and i would not be surprised if the recent BTC dumpfest was the same guy(s) who cashed out on all the altcoins.

However, as long as all this shit does not stop the REAL progress we make, neither the current exchanges price nor BitTrex pairs do really matter. Of course it would still be nice to have them soon, shitcoin lottery with some (ideally exclusive) BC pairs could cause some movement.
