Could it possible for CHA to move blockchain to DPOS system of BTS?

DPOS has run steadly more than 200,000 blocks at the speed of 10 seconds per block.

DPOS can make 10 transactions Per second.

BTS has opened the DPOS toolkit for third party apps.

If CHA could take DPOS mechanism , I think CHA would get very good experience and really go to the moon.
