I've added CAPTcoin to the voting list at C-Cex. Right now it would take about 200 votes to get added. If the community rallies, we can make it happen.

If we get enough to donate something small like .005 we could get there in no time.
Don't be to hasty to get it listed if not a lot of coins and potential market value because of their listing rule.

So, if trade volume low, coin will be removed and the coin looses some trust in value.
Good point. We might want to consider getting on one exchange in particular and not spread ourselves to thinly.
