Like I said, that is the going rate.  With $2,000 USD for 17 + shipping is high.  Even I have mad cheap electricity and for me it needs to be no more than 0.195 BTC each with shipping included.  Very quickly these become more expensive than the S3 due to the 2.5 times more energy consumed per GH/s, they need 2.5 times more PSUs per GH/s than the S3, etc.
