For such small amounts the risk is not as big. It is true that it has been said that people have been known to scam for even less then .01BTC however I personally don't think it would be worth it to try to scam for such a small amount.

Agree. Might not be worth it to try and scam at current rates. But if bitcoin appreciates, then it is a different ball game. Cheesy

You should never assume that the price will appreciate when making a business decision with bitcoin. If you think the price will go up then you should buy on an exchange or via LBC. You should not accept a discounted payment just because you think the price will increase in the future.
