What are you actually trying to do?

If the wallet is denominating then you need to WAIT until it is finished. It may take several hours depending on the number of coins you have and the number of rounds.

A lot of debugging lines where added by Evan during the test phase and he just probably forgot to remove all of them. You coins will eventually show up as anonymized. So long as that happens then there is no problem.
