I really don't know what the problem is. Everyone else seems to have no problem with connecting to the nodes.
I ran a diagnostic of the network health, and it is outstanding. I must conclude that the problem is at your end, but a lack of information and a semi-"language barrier" makes it very difficult to help you.
Try and contact your ISP, they might be able to help you.
