@dolphincoin, put the 10million a day minimum or even a 20mill a day minumum back on multipool. since it has been removed payouts for dividends have dropped substantively and less miners use it. Keep it incentivised with a 10mil or 20mil minimum (frankly 20 mill is better because as soon as the initial 3billion are distributed through multipool it can start to FUNCTION as buy support in places like bittrex and avoid this kind of situation). Either way until it is clear how many total have been distributed from that 3billion and how, it is a bit of an issue. It should be very clear, like with the free distro, how much is going out etc.    Once the 3billion are exhausted, multipool will equal buy support, until then it is a kind of distro.
