As if the market has been properly reflecting anything.  PoSA release = price drop.  Cloakpal release = price drop.  Basically any good news = a price drop lately.

Also, that PDF was purposely made easy to understand for non technical people (a great idea imo, explains something very complex in a way that appeals to the everyday person rather than just people like us).  I think what you're looking for is the technical whitepaper, which will be released in the future.
