As it related to sweating bullets: If I have not received anything by the end end of September I'll be filing suit in a Danish court against MAT, but I highly doubt it will come to that.

Fortunately for me a business contact of mine does a lot of legal work throughout Europe and I already have the name of an Attorney in Denmark to represent me if it comes to that. I'm kind of like Ronald Reagan when he referred to the Russians. I do a lot of leg work on companies and individuals up front before forking over money : my motto is: Trust but verify.

In the meantime - life goes on and it's Friday here an I'll be boating on bay this weekend with a cocktail in hand, not worrying about this stuff!

But why a Danish court, it is a dutch based company?

It's the beauty of EU law. Member states can sue someone in another EU state. Best of luck with it. aFox in France sued KnC in Sweden and forced them to refund the miner's money as well as pay legal fees. (said lawyer is no longer taking miner cases - must be too much work too little pay)
