Work on the new wallet is progressing nicely. The wallet is able to boot up the wallet daemon, establish a connection, and issue commands.

Remaining issues:
- Automatic detection of iocoin.conf location.
- More UI work (skinning and layout).
- Filling in UI with data from daemon.
- Making the various functions of the UI work.
