Hi, can someone tell me about exchanges of crypto currency (btc+altcoins)? 
There are different types of exchanges.
Some like Bitstamp allow users to make btc/fiat trades, some like Cryptsy allows users to make altcoins/btc trades, some like localbitcoins provide a platform for users to make peer-to-peer trades.
