Okay, so to clarify, neither me or whale123 has the source or to vootcoin or the anon exchange.
I personally vote for to fork the code seeing as how unresponsive SMOKE and MsCollec are.

i dont get what relation have the problems with smoke and mscollec, with a hard fork.
Can you explain this point?
As far i know the current wallet version is created by nite69 who is a trusted dev in bitcointalk
and we can contact directly him, without depending from mscollec.
I vote for go beyond mscollec and smoke, but we dont need fork the coin to do it, but contact nite69
This is true, Nite69 did make the wallet. I have been in contact with him prior and will shoot him a pm. I will keep you all updated as to what he says our options are.
he helped me diagnose and fix my voot wallet when I had "wallet.dat corrupt" by compiling a special wallet for me to use so he knows what he's doing.
