One thing is for sure: SMOKE should hand over the exchange, either to Mscollec, or to someone he decides. (e.g. the new foundation...)
I would say hand over to Mscollec first, so that there is no miscommunication since he is the person who gave SMOKE/paid them for this project.
We previously discussed (on IRC) with Mscollec about the future of VOOT. He clearly stated that once the VOOT Foundation is established he would be happy to detach himself from VOOT and leave everything in the hands of the foundation.
Now would also be a good time to address everyone who is saying "WTF, Voot foundation? Who? Why? What? How?"
As a community the decision to form VOOT Foundation was very quick and neither of us was voted in. And I agree, that after the current poll/situation with exchange we must re-evaluate with together with the VOOT community.
I have taken initiative to register vootcoin.org and vootfoundation.org and taken it upon myself to build a new website for VOOT. If at a certain point the community does not agree with this, I will hand over both domains.
