I could be interpreting them wrong, but what I understood is that, they want 'investors' to take over the Anon exchange, i.e. basically selling off the exchange to an investor (maybe even participating in the profit). If the payment for the Anon exchange is paid for, and belongs to Mscollec or the Voot community, then I don't see why they want 'investors' to take over the Anon exchange?
One thing is for sure: SMOKE should hand over the exchange, either to Mscollec, or to someone he decides. (e.g. the new foundation...)
Yes, this is fine. Mscollec, could you please reach out to smoke team, as they trust you more and get control of the exchange. Once you get control of the exchange, we can decide on how to run it through the VOOT foundation. You know the circumstance of the agreement made with Smoke team, and it is best if you try to resolve this. Does that make sense?
