Bobsurplus is now calling himself Gekko1 and he was in the Librex IRC when it all happened and was buying LXC when it hit bottom.  

you are also 100% correct on the pump & dump tactics they use. Coolstoryteller will spearhead the marketing for a coin making sure the dev stays on track and meet deadlines . once they have accumulated enough cheap coins, a pump will be initiated by Bob and everyone will be saying "to da moon!" all the while coolstory and pookie will be telling everyone to buy! thing is, when they buy they are buying into bobs pump team sell orders all the way up the ladder. if the pump stalls, bob will put more btc in to keep it moving and eveyone will have "Hope" that this is THE coin so they keep investing because pookielax31 saying  "x10" in 1 week!. once they are done taking everyone's bitcoin they pull all buy support, and coin crashes.

They did this with cloakcoin as well."
