I am not sure whether the dev will show up or not, but one thing should be clear - old VLT and this VAULT are made by different devs. Look at the post content by the old VLT dev, it seems like a Chinese dev who can't write long sentences, actually his posts have no content. Lets see whether this dev can bring something on the table.
