I just noticed this on the bitmain site:
https://bitmaintech.com/files/download/antMiner_S320140811.binThe notes just say "added advanced frequency" which means there is an extra tab for overclocking in the miner configuration page...just flashed now thought I would give a heads up to you all

Edit: in order for the frequency and firmware to work and not come up blank, I used the "save settings" box when flashing the firmware, then after the flash is complete and the miner has rebooted, go to the miner config/advanced tab and hit apply on the frequency you want (it defaults to 237.5 and no idea why 100 is in there), then hit apply on the main miner config page to be safe, then reboot the miner...works for me!
Update....the latest firmware is a disaster on my miners...I don't like how the asic frequencies are only read from the rom (read only) for starters...the clock selections defaulting to 237.5 was the first sign, along with the other details I mentioned in the first post I made regarding this new firmware..back to 0721 for me and I don't get x's on stock like I do with the new firmware...all in all I think its a piece of junk and should be pulled from bitmain site...and what is the deal with the july 28 firmware...I had it on a few of my ants and now its gone due to the flash
"upgrade" downgrade...I cant honestly see any benefit from having the latest August firmware...and for those who will say it helps with overclocking...if that is the help you need to overclock, please quit while you are ahead
